Hello, I am surprised to see that network # 6 (homology) has duplicated edges as well as self-self edges. How should we interpret duplicate edges? How is it that self-self edges have a wide range of confidence measures? The wiki states the network 6 should have 4,245,221. When I count I get 8,506,429 edges with 10,617 of them being self-self edges. Is the data provided possibly incorrect? Thanks for the clarification, -Nate
