Slight problem with input file 6_homology

The file as I downloaded it is almost completely doubled - almost every line appears twice, and the line count is almost twice the stated number of edges. Fortunately sorting and uniq'ing the file fixes this, producing a file with 4,245,221 edges as stated. Phil

Hi Phil, The new files are uploaded.
Also some nodes in the old homology file are connected to themselves - something to check for the new one. (Nobody can deny these nodes did co-evolve with themselves...). Looking forward to the new versions. Phil
