Will there be a test dataset provided in the challenge?

Created by Andras Hartmann ahartmann Hi, you will be able to test how well different settings for your method perform during the leaderboard phase, which starts end of July. You will be able to submit module predictions and see your score. For the leaderboard phase, we use a different set of GWAS data than for the final evaluation phase, so you could consider this to be the data for testing, but it won't be available for download before the end of the challenge.
