Thanks; it's great to have the set of aligned files (subchallenge 2). I noticed in the aligned files, node numbers go from 0 to 21114; but there are three nodes I didn't see in any of the six files: 591, 2416, and 9656. Not a big deal as long as we know not all nodes appear.

Hi Phil, As Daniel said, these are the nodes that only had self-loop in the networks.
Thanks for pointing this out, sorry for the delay. My guess is that these were nodes that disappeared after removing self-edges from network 3, but I will follow up with Sarvenaz to see the exact reason. --daniel
