We keep our tradition of extending the rounds :) Deadline is Tuesday, September 27, 11:59pm Eastern Time (ET)   **However, we do not plan to extend the final submission deadline** because the time to define best performers and invite them to the conference is extremely tight. Please plan to make your final submissions by October 1st, if necessary complete your Round 4 submissions before Tuesday. Note that the write-ups and code will be only due by October 7, but we need the final submissions October 1st. Instructions will be posted tomorrow (a draft is already on the wiki).

No, the same networks are used for the final phase. (We initially planned a second leaderboard phase with additional networks but time was too short).
Is there going to be a different set of networks for the final stage? If so, where can it be downloaded?
