A new file is uploaded containing the scores of new submissions for multiple fdr cutoff.

An updated file, containing scores of new submissions is uploaded.
As you said, I was using the average module size results in the early rounds but don't think it is critical in rounds 3 and 4.
PS: Is anybody relying on the results that we provided giving the [average module size vs. score](syn6156761/wiki/406036) for each submission? We feel that this information was mainly useful in the beginning to see what module sizes worked for other teams, but we doubt this is relevant in the end phase of the challenge where teams focus on what worked best for them. Please let us know ASAP if you would still like us to share these results for Round 3.
