Participants that submit to any of the 3 challenge questions' validation rounds, have their submission pass validation (formatting is correct, provide a detailed write up and respond to a survey will be community authors. Byline authorship it determined by performance and completion of the previous stated tasks. So my understanding from reading the wiki is that the non-top performer teams are not invited to be part of the authors (not even as community authors listed in the end), am I right? Hi Mike,

We are currently in discussions with several high profile journals and will be announcing which journal we will move forward with at a later date.
