On the challenge question1 description there is mention of gene fusions but I don't see fusion data anywhere. Is this really available?

Created by exquirentibus veritatem exquirentibus I wanted to provide an update. We should be receiving fusion data with the next few days. Fusion data will only be allowed to be used in challenge question 3. This is a change for challenge question 1, which previously implied it's use. The wiki has been updated to reflect this. Only .vcf files as noted in syn9744455. Participants are free to aggregate/filter individual mutations as they see fit.
There is fusion data for MMRF. It is not up on synapse yet. We are awaiting validation data and the data will be harmonized to have the same format. This should be done by the end of the week.
