What is the exome capture platform for the WES?

Hello - for MMRF training data, the kit used was the SureSelect Human All exon v5+UTRs 75Mb as you indicated. We do not provide the platform information for each sample as we expect the models to be portable across different platforms, capture kits, libraries...etc. Hope this helps, Fadi
