I am getting this error - I've tried it a few times and it's a hard error. The command is:

```
The error is:

So I don't know what the problem was before, but, whatever it is, Synapse seems to have fixed it. Dear Peter,
Can you try downloading one of the files by doing:
`synapse get syn9752297` . Does that work?
Please also give me permissions to download the screenshot. I am unable to view it.
