I saw this error in my submissions to express lane of subchallenge 1 and 2. It seems from the log file that my code has run through without any error messages. What exactly is the behavior of my submission that caused this error. (I've been pushing to the same docker tag; I'm trying a new tag now.) Thanks a lot! Update: It was caused by having multiple lines for same patient in prediction output.
