Is this correct --- Not all patients in validation set have vcf files?

Hi, Is my understanding correct: 1. Not all patients in validation set have vcf files. 2. But once a patient has a vcf file (can be snps or indels or snvs), the patient should have all 3 vcf files. Thanks! Yichao

That is not exactly the case.DFCI RNA-seq based vcfs cannot be made with Strelka so those will only the mutect files.
