The challenge rules say that printing prediction scores and high/low flags into log files are prohibited.
However, my question is, printing what information is considered acceptable? For examples, is it OK to print the range or mean of the prediction score just to see if the model scores properly? What about printing the number of overlapping genes between the training and validation sets?
It would be great if the guidelines could be more specific.
