Hi,
In the email you sent about an hour ago, you mentioned a FAQ page which is suppose to "provide some answers to common questions and some approaches that may speed up a participant's question 1 submissions." with the following URL:

Seems the permission is not correctly set since I get "You are not authorized to access the page requested."

Thank you for pointing this out. The previous link was for our staging site (where we make edits before pushing over to the live site). The correct link is [this one](https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn6187098/wiki/467745). And I have sent an e-mail out addressing this.
