@brian.white where can we find the scores of these baseline models? Have you submitted them in the Round1?
>As we have stated, winning models will need to beat our baselines--including this model. what happens if no one significantly beat all baselines? which seems quite likely outcome
Hi, We have made a dummy Dockerized prediction model available. It's primary intent was to show the steps necessary to Dockerize a model. A subset of the submissions you list are apparently using this model. Note that not all of the models you list have the same score across all metrics and hence are necessarily different. This model is available on github as described here (under Example Docker Build): https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn6187098/wiki/449452 and listed in the Resources folder: https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn9748391 The latter states: Dummy Dockerized prediction model (https://github.com/Sage-Bionetworks/Multiple-Myeloma-Challenge-Docker-Examples) that uses age as a predictor, with an arbitrary cutoff used to differentiate between high- and low-risk patients. It is intended to highlight the above Dockerization steps, rather than serve as an interesting predictor. We are not making other baselines available. As we have stated, winning models will need to beat our baselines--including this model. Brian
