Cannot submit to "MM_Challege

I am trying to submit to "MM_Challenge_2" as an individual, but the system says "It is currently outside of the time range allowed for submissions." Is this because I need to submit as a team or learderboard round 2 hasn't opened yet? Thanks.

Dear Jun, The submission queue is actually not open right now. We are working to address the speed issues many people have had trouble with. I'll be sending out an e-mail later updating folks on what we have done.
