Hi, my previous submissions to sc2 express lane was working fine (ID: 9638036).
Then it stopped working and did not generate any log files (ID: 9638037).
I did not change anything in score_sc2.sh, so there shouldn't be a problem.
I tried adding print lines and realized score_sc2.sh was working fine, up until the Rscript is supposed to run (ID: 9638063)
Would you be able to check what is the issue here?

I'll try to print less in the log files then. Dear Christine,
Apologies. Your log file should be returned now. Note: There is a 50kb limit on the return of the log file. If you exceed that limit, your log file will not be returned.

I restarted your submission: 9638037 . Hopefully it was just a system error that it didnt generate a log file.
