Regarding this new announcement regarding HOVON-65 are we getting a fixed version? When? IT is important to make a decision soon so we can decide whether to change the codes to remove that training set and redo all testing or wait for the fixed version, redownload and just rerun the models with the new data.
I would specially like to avoid the situation where I remove the bad dataset from all the model and then you release a fixed version of the dataset forcing me to rebuild again everything.

Created by exquirentibus veritatem exquirentibus We have reached out to the data provider and will be providing corrected ISS for these samples. However age will not be provided for these samples and sex can only be extrapolated from the expression data. We expect to have the clinical annotation file fixed this after evening and the submission lanes will be back open after that.
