As common entrez id is provided in Multiple myeloma challenge for microarray data, is there any information given about common ids for RNA-seq files too ????
Created by Piyush Agrawal piyush Apologies for the delay in response. The 8 files refer to include microarray and RNA-seq expression, so that file has entrez id's that are in all expression. We do not provide the overlap for the subset of RNA-seq only.

I am not certain I understand your question. We provide RNA-seq data at the entrez level too what information do you need regarding it?
