I am getting validation error in two of my submissions. My submission are as follows:

submission ID: 9647961
submission name: syn11286260
submission ID: 9647953
The number patients belonging to each four category of test data are identical between input clinical annotation data (which was read from your server /test-data/) and output prediction (/output/predictions.tsv). Here I have also attached a screen shot of the log file for your review. What is the error then?

Your DFCI patients have an X in front of them. This is probably caused by `check.names=T` (default) when you read in files in R with column headers that start with a number. Unfortunately, I'm unsure if you have time to fix this issue for this round. Apologies for the inconvenience.
