Dear challenge organizers, The Vcf's for the training data set (MMRF) have several information pre-computed for filtering the mutations, e.g., the tumour LOD. However, it seems that they are not always available for the validation data set. Are these fields (that are present in the training set) can be found somewhere for the validation set, or be computed somehow, so as to have a consistent filtering between training and validation?
