Dear Moderators, We submitted exactly the same docker file that was previously successfully scored to SC2 express lane, but this time error was thrown. According to the log file, it seems that the clinical annotation files has been changed. Now the patients no long match the patients in the gene expression file. Could you fix this? Thanks
