The meaning of the header of MAF file

There are over 100 columns in the MAF. The meaning of the header is sometimes confusing to users. For example, SOMATIC column listed "0,1", or "0,1,1,", etc. What do these mean? It will be great to have some detailed explanations on header and corresponding format of the contents. Thanks!

A bulk of the additional columns were generated with the VCF2MAF converter written by Cyriac Kandoth (https://github.com/mskcc/vcf2maf/). While custom changes were made in the MC3 MAF header, the majority of the header descriptions can be found here: https://github.com/mskcc/vcf2maf/blob/master/docs/vep_maf_readme.txt.
