Hello, I am interested in understanding the relationship between the cancer therapeutic timeline and the sequencing date, specifically in the breast cancer cohort. Is this data available in any column? Thank you!

You may be interested in the upcoming public release of the Breast Cancer data set under the BioPharma Collaborative part of Project GENIE. The estimated public release date is in May 2023. This dataset will include data from the AACR Project GENIE Tier 1 registry, institutions? tumor registries and electronic health records using the PRISSMM phenomic data model. This greatly expands the clinical data elements made available to the cohort.
