Hello, In which file of the genie dataset can I find a list of the patients with an indication of which mutations were found in their DNA?

Thank you for using the GENIE dataset.
You may be looking for information contained in [data_mutations_extended.txt](https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn51355986). This should provide somatic mutations from targeted sequencing for each sample. The patient ID can be extracted from the Tumor_Sample_Barcode.
