Clinical and molecular data are available in Genie v13 or in versions prior to v15

Hi everyone, I am working on two projects focusing on colorectal cancer (CRC) and high-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC). I was wondering whether anyone knows if GENIE versions 13.0 and 13.1 include information on the following aspects for CRC patients: sex, microsatellite instability (MSI) status, mutational alterations, and overall survival. Additionally, do any earlier versions of GENIE provide a broader range of clinical details on ovarian cancer (OvCA) compared to the most recent version (v15)? Best , Simone

Hi @simone_demicco , The main GENIE consortium clinical dataset has not changed in some time, but the data found in the BPC project is what has the expanded clinical headers. Please explore the GENIE portal here: https://genie.synapse.org/.
