GENIE BPC patient view

Hi, I want to know how to get to the patient view in GENIE BPC. Is it through cbioportal? Thanks a lot!

Dear @xinanwang.insitro, To view the GENIE BPC project on cBioPortal you may follow this link (https://genie.cbioportal.org/) and select the cohort you want to explore. Alternatively, to view the patient files on Synapse you first select the cohort of interest here (https://www.synapse.org/Synapse:syn27056700) and then download the relevant files under the clinical data folder.
