Hi, I was looking for clarification on the difference between a sample with clinical data which has **only** NaNs in the copy number table versus a sample with clinical data not listed in the copy number table at all. In V15 we found 266 samples in the CN table which had NaNs for all 997 genes so were those samples even assayed for CN? Would appreciate any information! Thanks! Felicia
