Hello, I am working with the TCGA Release 16.1-public dataset and have noticed that the data_fusions.txt file is missing. This file is critical for extracting gene fusion information in my analysis. Could someone please confirm if this data is included elsewhere in the release, or if there's an alternative dataset or way to obtain the gene fusion information? Thank you!
