GRCh38 Coordinates

Would it be possible to include the GRCh38 coordinates in the data_mutations_extended.tsv file? Thank you!

Dear @cassiek, Thank you for your interest in project GENIE. This project uses [GRCh37](https://grch37.ensembl.org/index.html) (hg19). Unfortunately it will not be possible to provide the coordinates for GRCh38. Let me know if you have any other questions. Best, Chelsea
