Linking mutation data to clinical data

I downloaded the clinical and mutation data. I?m having trouble linking the mutation data to the clinical data. Does the MAF file contain a sample ID? I see a patient ID, but I can?t tell which samples are primary or mets.

Dear Sara, Apologies for the delay in response. The MAF file contains the column called Tumor_Sample_Barcode -This column matches the SAMPLE_ID column in the clinical file. Best, Tom
