Hi, From the patient, sample, and fusion files, i can identify if a patient get a fusion and what the fusion is. Since a panel test is conducted with more than 300 gens, I want to find the result coming out from the panel test for all other gens for each patient beside the combination of fusion. Do you think that I can get that kind of information from GENIE? Thanks, Trung

Dear Trung, I know this answer has been answered privately, but I thought I would post the answer here: We report all called variants, if there are no other variants called for a patient, then nothing else was detected. Best, Tom
