Missing mutation data for samples

Hi all, I have pulled the mutation files for the v4.1-public release, but there are a number of samples missing from this file. Does anyone know who is best to contact regarding this? Tash

Dear Tash, The samples with no variants in the mutation file means that that sample had no mutations. All samples in GENIE have been sequenced so this is intentional. Best, Tom
