I have three questions: 1) Is there a way to calculate tumor mutation burden (TMB) from the GENIE dataset? 2) Has anyone figured out a correction factor to change age at sequencing to age at diagnosis? 3) Are there any overlap with the DFCI in GENIE and DFCI 2016 paper in regular cBioPortal?
