I've noticed that in 9.0, some genes in data_mutations_extended.txt don't have an Entrez_Gene_Id.
Here is the list:

Some genes that have an id in some rows don't have an id in others.
I don't think that was the case with 8.1
Several genes have 0 for an id but they exist in NCBI.
I can fix most of them in my database when importing the data but I thought you should know.
