Hi, I was just wondering if there is raw RNA-seq data similar to the Genomics Data Commons (GDC) Data Portal of the TCGA which would be available to download. I'm specifically looking for the RNA-seq data for low-grade serous carcinomas for Ovarian Cancer. The reason is that the GENIE project has 257 cases for this rare cancer that can't be found anywhere else. I know a lot of the data that can be visualized is available on cBioPortal, but I would like to use the RNA-seq data for immune-cell profiling and am interested to know if such data exists here.
