Hello! We are interested in characterizing the diversity of fusion breakpoints in recurrent gene fusions across a range of tumor samples. I've found the list of fusions, but is it possible to get the precise breakpoint for each fusion? Thanks! Sean

Hi @Miseksean , The GENIE team is currently working on a revised structural variant file format to supply precise breakpoint information, but this work is still in progress. Current estimates, without unanticipated delays, are that this information will be available in about 6 months to a year. Stay tuned! Best, Haley
