Can I get Raw-reads / BAM data of samples given in Genie 10?

Hi I am searching for raw reads or BAM file data for samples given in Genie10, please let me know if there is a way to get the data?

Hi @ervinod , Unfortunately, participating sites only contribute MAF or VCF files so raw read data is unavailable via GENIE. Best, Haley
