Hi, I was looking at the fusion data and found there were good amount samples detected with intragenic fusion in a gene, for example, NF1-intragenic. What does it mean? Can I think of this as NF1 deletion? Thanks in advance. Best, Marissa

Hi Marissa, The 'intragenic' label indicates rearrangements including deletions, duplications, inversions, or translocations within the gene. Best, Haley
