KRAS mutations

Hi, I'm trying to find CRC patients with KRAS mutations. Anyone knows which table has this info? Thanks much!!!

Hi @niyonkur , Sample OncoTree codes are available in the data_clinical_sample.txt ([link](https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn26706690)) file and individual mutations are recorded in the data_mutations_extended.txt ([link](https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn26706787)) file. Information between these files can be joined by matching the SAMPLE_ID column in the data_clincial_sample.txt file with the Tumor_Sample_Barcode column in the data_mutations_extended.txt file.
