Availability of Tumor Purity, CCF, or Tumor Cell %?

Hello, I am interested in seeing the data for Tumor Purity for the samples listed in GENIE. I have been able to find t_alt count, t_ref count, and VAF, but I haven't been able to find tumor purity for any samples besides the mention of screening in the data info PDF. Any help finding this info would be appreciated! Thank you in advance. All the best, Austin

Hi @across6596, I have floated this to our collaborators, but currently I don't think we collect this information other than whats in the PDF. Best, Tom
