Hi, I have been trying to run the pipe on the provided files but regardless what is state in the instructions the metabolicmodel seems to be not provided with the code. By running: [naivemodel, naive_growthrate] = flux_activity_coeff(metabolicmodel, 'naive_prime_input_data_modeling_sep15.xlsx','naive') I get the error: Undefined function or variable 'metabolicmodel'. Hope to get some help. Thanks a lot Francesco
