The Target ALS Global Natural History Study (GNHS), part of the ALS Global Research Initiative (AGRI), is an international, multicenter observational study designed to generate a comprehensive, longitudinal multi-omic dataset to support ALS biomarker discovery and disease-mechanism research. The study aims to recruit 800 ALS patients and 200 healthy controls across 18 international clinical sites.
