What we have? * A new computational model to discover cancer genes. Particularly non-coding genes, or coding genes that failed to be defined by conventional mutation or expression analyses. * A list of candidate tumor suppressor genes and oncogenes for individual cancer types and individual cancer cell lines. Particularly cell lines that have strong metastasis potential. What you may do? * Experimental validation of new cancer genes for a cancer cell line that your group often works with. Can be cell proliferation, migration, xenograft, or other additional experiments.
