Quick clarification, the Lipinski rule of 5 criteria is stated as 3/4 of 5, which implies that the compounds must adhere to 3.75 of Lipinski rules of 5. Am I reading this correctly? Does that actually then mean that the compound can only have a maximum of one Rule of 5 violation?

Another question, when ranking submissions by score, how are the multiple predictions taken into account? Is the score the max, min, average, etc of the predictions for a given question? Moreover, the evaluators choose one prediction to carry forward for validation correct? Do they take the highest scoring prediction to carry forward or is there additional criteria that are used?
