I would highly appreciate it if you can explain what is different between IFX and IFX.IR treatment arms (as well as for methothrexene and tocilizumab). Basically what does "IR" mean in metadata?

Hi Irina,
It's days since infliximab had been treated to the patient who ended up not responding well. I think there are 3 time points (including baseline) for each non-responder and a decision of responder or non-responder was made at the last time point which is roughly 24 weeks (168 days) after the initial drug treatment.

In your GSE93777 metadata, what is the meaning of "ifx.ir_days:ch1" value? Days after baseline when it was obvious that pt is not responding?

IR is an inadequate responder for drug treatment. Let me know if this is not clear.
