differences between syn5511449 and syn10146553

What are the differences between these two tables? I found that there is a big chunk of data shared between the two tables but 633 health codes are missing in syn10146553, while there are 3 new. Any specific reason why this happens?

They are very similar - some filtering was performed to only share participants (healthCodes) that have demographic info.
