Hi, I got this error message saying that not all members have access to the data after submission. However, all the team members has already gone through all the validation process and have access to the data. Could you help me to find out what may cause this problem? Thanks!

Hi Solly, thank you for the kind remind. We have passed the application.
Also, please be aware that you'll receive an email indicating whether your request has been approved or denied. It's very important that you make sure your request is approved. If it is rejected, your team members will have to re-apply following the instructions, so everyone will have to keep an eye on their email.
I have asked our data governance team to be extra vigilant today. However, this shouldn't be a surprise. This information is located multiple locations in the instructions, and has been sent to you in email on more than one occasion.
Hi Solly, Out two team members met same problem. They were validated and registered, but found no data access in process of submission. We have applied the data access on web. Is it possible to accelerate the application? Thank you.

Hi Solveig! I think everyone in our team has registered, since if one is not, I will not be able to select him/her as teammate during submission. However, we did realized that some teammates haven't gained access to the data yet (copy the statement and enter name and affiliation). That's why Yi submitted a request for data access yesterday. However, he hasn't receive any respond. Do you know how long will it take to process the request? Thanks!
When each team member is logged in is there a box that says "You are registered"? Otherwise they'll need to click "Register" and follow the instructions. See below for what a registered participant should see on the main page. ${imageLink?synapseId=syn11002747&align=None&scale=50&responsive=true}
